What is EasyMed My Health
Easymed My Health is a mobile app connected to easymed which delivers frequent questionnaires or informational material to selected patients. It also collects the results of their completion.
It is a mobile phone app
(Android app) which functions as a companion app to Easymed.
This application reinforces the customer-doctor relationship (patient engagement).

- Exclusive functionality to Easymed users. Handling of questionnaires happens inside patients' data record screens of Easymed
- Activation of patient/questionnaire and frequency of completion from within Easymed
- Collection of patient measurements and basic statistic display
- Display of current treatments in the statistics on the time axis
- Sends alerts to the doctor in case measurements are above limits
- Notifies patient on frequency and expiration date of questionnaires
