We will have access to the Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox account so you can select the file that will be downloaded by our application. Our application simply creates a graphical user interface that browsers the Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox
folders enabling you to select the destination folder that you want. The application then saves the location of the selected file. The selected file is uploaded at a frequency specified according to your needs (e.g. every 15 mins)

The easymed application provides several tools to the doctor in order for him/her to be able to use more easily the Electronic Prescription, the e-DAPY and to keep a medical record of his/her patients. The only use of the data retained
by the application concerns the facilitation of the doctor in carrying out his daily work with patients as well as the production of the necessary reports for him/her, regarding his visits, his prescription or for accounting reasons
(eg for the production of a summary list of visits, for the issuance of a receipt for the provision of services to the patient, etc.). For the production of reports, the data that are already stored in the database of the application
are processed (filtering and grouping).
As responsible for the production and distribution of easymed software, Datablue has already taken care in advance to secure the personal data stored on the doctor's computer using security technologies but also to avoid any spread
of personal data to other companies and organizations. The correct use of the application, however, is the sole responsibility of the end user who must know the rules provided by the GDPR and apply them in his daily services to
patients. We are at your disposal for clarifications and comments with our sole protection of the doctor but also of the patient. In case you wish to contribute to our effort with any comment or remark, please contact us.
